The energy body of a human is also called in Tantra the emotional body. It functions the same way with digestive system: the emotions get digested and then either absorbed or excreted out of the body. Trauma means energy that is undigested, unintegrated or unexpelled, which are toxins that clog emotional body creating energy blocks. This impedes the free flow of energy right at the base which creates immense energy stagnation. Energy body and physical body are densely intertwined therefor in the physical body such energy blocks manifest in forms of knots, lumps or hardening. Anus and rectum are usually especially "packed" with traumas and other emotional toxins, which creates different kinds of illnesses and dysfunctions including sexual dysfunction. The biggest concentration of energy blocks in the male body is located in the area of the prostate. With the help of an anal massage, you can get rid of such traumas and "open" your first chakra. For women, we recommend to combine Muladhara massage with yoni massage including deep tissue massage of the G spot, which similar to the male prostate accumulates a lot of emotional toxins. 

Muladhara is a place where Kundalini energy is resting. In Sanskrit "mula" means root (i.e. Kundalini) and "adhara" means support, this is why Muladhara can be translated as "Kundalini support". Thus there are occasions of Kundalini awakening during Muladhara massage or right after it.  

Fear, one of the most destroying emotions, is accumulated exactly at the area of anus and rectum. Fear blocks root chakra, which on physical level lead to adrenalin rush to the blood, clotting of blood, a rise in blood pressure, in some cases excrements exude. This is why there is saying "scared shitless". If root chakra is closed it could lead to such illnesses as hypertension, constipation, hemorrhoids, varicose, obesity, radiculitis. Body parts which feed on the energy of base chakra are legs, bones, large intestine, as well as adrenal glands (part of the endocrine system), tailbone plexus (related to the nervous system) and parts of excretory and reproductive systems.

In the beginning of each session, we will discuss your intentions, as well as the changes that have occurred since your last visit. Standard duration of the session is 90 minutes, which could be extended to 120-150 minutes depending on the possible combination with other services.
